FAY
Fay has drawn inspiration from the comic
“Peanuts”, for the Spring/Summer 14 collection.
This inspiration has continued through to the Autumn/Winter 14
range.
Snoopy’s pal, Woodstock, is the featured
character and is perched next to oversized, cartoonish houndstooth prints and
easy to wear casual pieces that have a 70’s vibe.
MCQ ALEXANDER MCQUEEN
This stunning mermaidesque dress!
FAUSTO PUGLISI
Milan Fashion week has a tendency to be very
colour conservative. It was refreshing to see this geometric, rainbow parade.
PHILIPP PLEIN
I view tartan in the same way I view
leopard print. It is a classic that sometimes takes a back seat in fashion, but
is always in style.
ANTONIO MARRAS
Antonio Marras tells the story of “Little
Red Riding Hood” through this collection.
Hauntingly beautiful, wolf embellishments
and a contrasting colour palette that is representative of the darkness of the
wolf and the soft, innocence of Little Red Riding Hood.
DOLCE & GABBANA
The fairy tale story telling continues with
the this magical Dolce & Gabbana woodland creature, fantasy.
MOSCHINO
Jeremy Scott’s debut collection, as the
creative director for Moschino, proves that this is the perfect pairing. I
don’t eat McDonald's but I have a serious craving for these quirky, playful
pieces.
